British Airways BA yesterday cancelled all its Bahrain to London Heathrow flights from tomorrow until Saturday.The move comes as its cabin crew union, Unite, began a fresh wave of strikes.All its outgoing flights will remain cancelled until Saturday, while its incoming flight on Friday will operate as usual, the airline said.

Our global operations have gone very well throughout the first week of Unite’s strike action and we have got off to a good start on the first day of the next wave of strikes, said a BA spokeswoman.Passengers due to fly with BA on the strike dates have also been advised to check the website.The airline has announced that in the event of cancellations, customers will have a number of options.They include rebooking onto another BA flight to the same destination within 355 days of the original date of travel, rebooking onto another flight to or from the nearest alternative airport, rebooking on an agreed alternative airline or cancelling the booking for a refund, said the airline.
