Flights to Singapore can look forward to a wealth of sights, sounds, tastes, culture and attractions

This is the opinion of the Singapore Tourism Board, which said it is these attributes that make the Asian island country such a popular holiday destination.But it’s not just city breakers who travel to Singapore – many business passengers head there too. According to a survey by London-based think tank Z/Yen Group this month, Singapore is the world’s fourth most important financial hub.

Eunice Yeo, Singapore Tourism Board’s northern and western Europe area director, said one of its ‘must-sees’ is the new National Arts Gallery.It is a civic and creative space established for the enrichment, enjoyment and engagement of Singaporeans and visitors from all over the world, providing a regional cultural backdrop and broad interpretation framework for understanding Singapore’s cultural heritage, she explained.Singapore is expecting thousands of visitors this weekend ahead of the F1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix, which takes place between September 24th and 26th.
