Air Berlin has applied to operate a 76-seater plane on a weekly flight to Dusseldorf, on Saturdays.The Commerce and Employment Department, which is responsible Air Transport Licensing, said the final details were being worked out.No licence is required for the route as it operates directly to Europe from the island.
