At least eight flights between Manila and key areas in northern Luzon were cancelled Monday due to the threat posed by Typhoon Juan.Radio dzBB reported that the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 said the canceled flights included 2P-014 (Manila to Tuguegarao) and 2P-015 (Tuguegarao to Manila).The first Air Philippines flight to Cagayan was scheduled to leave Manila at 7 a.m., the report said.On the other hand, Cebu Pacific canceled at least six flights between Manila and Cagayan, Ilocos Norte and Isabela provinces.

The canceled Cebu Pacific flights included:
