Germanwings airline will resume flights to Turkey as of April

Germanwings, a low-cost European airline company, which has suspended flights to Turkey for a while, will resume flights as of April 23.Within the scope of its new program, the company will hold flights to Cologne/Bonn, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hannover, Hamburg and Dortmund from Turkey’s Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya and Izmir provinces.

Istanbul flights of Germanwings will be made from Sabiha Gokcen Airport of Istanbul.In 1997, Eurowings set up a low-cost department, which became a separate company under the name Germanwings in 2002. Germanwings is a low-cost airline based in Cologne, Germany, which is wholly owned by Lufthansa.
