Air France launchs Lima flights

Air France has now started its newest service to Lima. Flying from Paris the airline will offer five weekly flights to the Peruvian capital, allowing British travellers the ideal connection to the top holiday destination.South America has become a huge holiday hotspot over recent years, with Peru in particular seeing notable increases as people flock to see Machu Picchu. With Air France seeing considerable demand for flights, a new service aboard a Boeing 777-200ER has been initiated, offering five services every week. With Economy, Business and First Class travel there is plenty of choice for passengers. And with lie flat seats for Business and extra spacing for Premium Economy, travellers can make use of the most comfortable flights they can afford.

Speaking about the decision to start the flights Air France’s chief executive officer, Pierre-Henri Gourgeon, said “We have witnessed Peru’s impressive development, economic growth and its reputation among the international community. This new Paris – Lima route will also increase the opportunities for transporting goods between our continents. The new flights also see Air France becoming part of Europe’s largest group offering flights to Lima due to the seven existing KLM operated Amsterdam flights and their part in the KLM – Air France partnership. And with Lima still increasing in popularity, the new services look set to be in high demand.
